These Terms of Service govern your use of the Back2Me service (“Service”, “Back2Me”) provided by BridgeDots Ltd. (“BridgeDots”, “we”, “us”), a Colorado limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Back2Me is a messaging intermediary for lost property. You may not use this platform for harassment, stalking, fraud, threats, or any unlawful purpose.
Back2Me facilitates anonymous messages between finders and owners. We are not responsible for the content of messages or the outcome of item returns. We are a communication tool, not a logistics or recovery service.
We strongly advise meeting only in public places. Back2Me accepts no liability for injuries, theft, or harm arising from in-person meetups facilitated by our platform. Always prioritize your safety.
Purchases are processed through Stripe. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused stickers in original condition. Activated stickers (those linked to an account) cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For defective or damaged items, contact hello@back2me.co for replacement or refund.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $10. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days via USPS or equivalent. Back2Me is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental consent if under 18.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

SMS service is available on all major US carriers. Back2Me is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeDots Ltd.’s total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of items, missed notifications, or delivery delays.
